Return Policy

 

At Shirt Invaders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following conditions before shipping your return:

 

Return Conditions

 

• Item Condition: The item must be unworn, clean, and unwashed, with all original tags and labels intact. If the item has been washed, has an odor of detergent, cologne, or perfume, or contains any type of hair, it will be marked "Return to Sender" and sent back to you.

 

• Return Timeframe: Once your return is processed, we expect to receive the package within 3-14 business days. Returns that do not arrive within this timeframe will be refused and sent back to the sender.

 

• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable if the item was delivered within the expected timeframe. For size exchanges or returns due to change of mind, shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

• Return Package Requirements: Please include the barcode and order number issued for your return inside the package. Returns without this information will be marked "Return to Sender" and shipped back to you.

 

• Processing Time: If all return conditions are met, your refund or exchange will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Please keep your tracking information for your return shipment.
